Bio

Has conducted extensive research and published several articles and cases on the role of technology in retail and service industries. Current research interests include use of large databases, interorganizational systems and electronic commerce. Consulting and executive education clients have included the Massachusetts Housing Finance Authority, the Asian Institute of Management's top management program, and Arthur D. Little, where he focuses on the strategic power of information systems in marketing and operations.
