Veronica is also an International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) certified coach. She has helped countless executives across the United States to develop their emotional intelligence competencies, and is actively involved in the coaching community, whereby she assists with the education of coaches and functions as a mentor coach.
Veronica Barber is a seasoned C-suite leader in Health and Aging Services, having worked as a COO for a health system in New York and as an SVP of HR for a national assisted living company. Veronica holds a doctorate in executive leadership with a concentration in organizational change, a master's in health services management, and a bachelor's in mathematics. Her areas of expertise include organizational development, emotional intelligence, organizational culture, and talent management.
Veronica divides her time between teaching at Bentley University and nationwide consulting and executive coaching. She is currently the Assistant Chair of the Management Department and the HR Concentration Coordinator. Veronica teaches a variety of undergraduate and graduate management courses.
