Bio

Steven Wasserman has extensive experience as a corporate executive and chief financial officer. He has been part of the executive team of various firms involved in turnaround situations, mergers and acquisitions, and IPOs, and he has significant Wall Street experience raising capital and managing relationships with investors, investment bankers, rating agencies, and commercial banks.
