Ping Tang is an Assistant Professor of Computer Information Systems at Bentley University. She received her Ph.D. in Management Science with concentration on Information Systems from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2023. Her research interests include Omnichannel Retailing, Digital Platforms, and E-commerce.
