Areas of special knowledge: investor relations, corporate governance. Current areas of interest are corporate governance, equity valuation, portfolio management, international finance . Published in the Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of International Money and Finance, Financial Management and Financial Analysts Journal. Has been quoted in the Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, Boston Globe, BusinessWeek.com. Previously taught at Boston University, University of Wisconsin-Madison and Baruch College, CUNY.
