Ajay “AJ” Saini brings more than two decades of real-world leadership experience to the classroom. As a Client Delivery Partner at Microsoft, he works with major financial-services organizations on complex digital and AI transformation programs. His career has included work in banking modernization, fintech partnerships, M&A and business and technology consulting.
Ajay holds an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, along with a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University. In the classroom, he connects analytical and AI concepts with the strategic, organizational, and leadership challenges that business professionals encounter in practice.
