Alain Chinca is an investment professional with over 35 years of industry experience in France and the United States. In addition to his position as a full time lecturer at Bentley University, he has managed $14 million of assets under management for select clients for over 10 years. Prior to his full time teaching position, Alain was a managing director at Cabot Research, a behavioral finance firm. Before that, he was a senior quantitative analyst and portfolio manager at The Boston Company Asset Management. Alain’s other work experience includes Wellington Management, New England Financial, and Chevreux-De Virieu Brokerage. He became a Chartered Financial Analyst in 1997. He is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society Boston, and the Beta Gamma Sigma Scholastic Honorary Society.
