Bio

Primary research interests include pedagogy, diversity, and service-learning. Teaching interests include multiculturalism and diversity, gender studies, and medieval literature. Published in The Journal of Basic Writing, Radical Teacher, The Michigan Journal of Community Service Learning, and Liberal Education. Recipient of the Gregory Adamian Excellence in Teaching Award. Currently chair of the English and Media Studies Department.
