Bio

Professor Saraswat holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, India, MBA from Murray State University, and Master of Business Information Systems and PhD (Business Administration) degrees from Georgia State University. Before joining Bentley in 1986, he was Associate Professor of Information Systems at San Diego State University and Teaching Fellow at Georgia State University. Professor Saraswat has published more than 100 journal articles, conference papers, book reviews, and book chapters on topics ranging from telecommunications policy and trans-border data flow to phenomenology and foundations of information systems. His current research interests are Business Process Management, Information Technology Ethics and Sustainability, and Global Implications of Information and Communications Technology.
