Bio

Primary research interests include consumer post-purchase behavior, customer lifetime value, and attitude strength. Has articles published in the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Journal of Interactive Marketing, and Journal of Business Venturing. Is an international fellow of the American Association of University Women. Has taught at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and the American University of Beirut.
