Bio

Marianne DelPo Kulow earned her B.A. magna cum laude from Harvard University, her M.A. from the University of Liverpool, and her J.D. cum laude from Boston University School of Law. Kulow began her legal career as a Boston litigation attorney first with Bingham Dana (now Bingham McCutchen) and then with Peabody and Arnold. She defended large and small companies against a variety of claims. Kulow has been a law professor at Bentley since 1993. From 2005-2011, Kulow also served as Director of Bentley’s Women’s Leadership Institute, which has been subsumed into Bentley’s Center for Women in Business. In addition to teaching business law, Kulow has developed and taught courses on Gender and the Law, Race and the Law, and Outsiders and the Law. She has published on various aspects of discrimination law. Her current research focuses on critiquing workplace legislation and suggesting legislative reforms to better achieve workplace equity.

Head of Daytime Activities for Harvard 30th Reunion - At the request of reunion co-chairs, took the lead on all daytime activities for three-day long 30th Harvard reunion.
Did Harvard Prepare Us for Life? - Together with classmate Anne Spangler, created, organized, rehearsed, and moderated a panel of classmates addressing issues of midlife change.
Class Survey Data Presentation - Together with classmate Nick D'Arienzo, created, administered, and analyzed data from my college classmates on the occasion of our 30th reunion. I then prepared an entertaining 15 minute live survey presentation to supplement Nick's presentation of the previosuly collected data.
Class of 1983 Thinks Big - Together with classmate Anne Spangler, created, organized, rehearsed, and moderated a set of five classmate presentations of their work by classmate professors.
Class Survey Data Presentation - Created, administered, and analyzed data from college classmates on the occasion of 25th reunion. Then prepared an entertaining and informative 30 mintue presentation for the 300 plus classmates in attendance and received a standing ovation.
