Bio

Director, Media and Culture Program. Former Program Coordinator for the Film Department, Brooklyn College-CUNY; former Sales Director for documentary film distributor, First Run/Icarus Films. Teaching, research, and scholarly interests include film/video/audio production techniques, narrative concepts in media (specifically gaming), and experimental cinema and Surrealist film. Her films screened at numerous domestic film festivals and internationally, the most recent a video installation, Borderlands, shown at the Aidekman Art Gallery and The Vitale, Caturano & Company Art Gallery. Feature film/television credits include associate producer, production manager, videographer, and sound recordist for numerous production companies. Member of New England Women in Film and Video and Action Coalition for Media in Education. Served on the Executive Council as Director of New Media for the New York State Communication Association. Holds a graduate certificate in Media Management from The New School.
