Diane Kellogg is an Associate Professor of Management at Bentley University and Founder of The Ghana Project, initiated in 2006. Dr. Kellogg is an active member of the Sustainable Sanitation Alliance (SuSanA) and one of the Consortium partners funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to develop new programs for SuSanA that will be of value to the private sector actors in sanitation. Her consulting practice, Kellogg Consultants, has sanitation projects in Ghana, Kenya, Uganda and Senegal. Kellogg Consultants is also a Consortium partner for a grant from the Dutch Government (RVO) to increase the number of household toilets in urban poor Accra, Ghana. As a management consultant, she has delivered leadership and interpersonal communications programs for large multi-national corporations. Among her clients are Avaya, BP, DHL, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ford Motor Corporation, Deloitte, The MathWorks, Economic Development Council of New York City, The National Association of CFO's for the Arts, The Aetna, Genzyme, Marsh-McClennan, the Mass Dental Society, Yankee Dental Association and Biogen-Idec. Her work as a sanitation consultant relies on her expertise in management, marketing and social and cultural change. Committed to excellence as a consultant, teacher and scholar, she has published in professional journals, including Group and Organization Studies, Journal of Management Education and The Berlin Journal of Sociology. She was a collaborator on a three-year study of customized work arrangements in the accounting profession, funded by the Sloan Foundation, and a study of the impact of technology on careers, funded by the Patrina Foundation. She was an invited member of the 1999 Massachusetts Bar Association committee charged with evaluating professional life vs. private life issues in the legal profession. Diane is an experienced process consultant and "Future Search" conference facilitator and was a member of the IREX subcommission on Women and Work representing the U.S. at Humboldt Universitat in Berlin. She completed her doctoral work with an emphasis on organization change at Harvard University.
