Bio

Diane Kellogg is an Associate Professor of Management at Bentley University and Director of The Ghana Project, which she initiated in 2006. Dr. Kellogg is also a Faculty Associate of the Center for Leading Organizations, a management development consulting firm based in Concord, MA. Her consulting and teaching specialties include organization change, leadership and communication. She has worked in a wide range of industries and international organizations, including Avaya, BP, DHL, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ford Motor Corporation, Sabre, Deloitte, The MathWorks, the Economic Development Council of New York City, The National Association of CFO's for the Arts, Bank of New England, Fleet Bank, The Aetna, Genzyme, Marsh-McClennan, Genzyme and Biogen-Idec. Committed to excellence as a consultant, teacher and scholar, she has published in professional journals, including Group and Organization Studies, Journal of Management Education and The Berlin Journal of Sociology. She was a collaborator on a three-year study of customized work arrangements in the accounting profession, funded by the Sloan Foundation, and a study of the impact of technology on careers, funded by the Patrina Foundation. She was an invited member of the 1999 Massachusetts Bar Association committee charged with evaluating professional life vs. private life issues in the legal profession. Diane is an experienced process consultant and "Future Search" conference facilitator and was a member of the IREX subcommission on Women and Work representing the U.S. at Humboldt Universitat in Berlin. She completed her doctoral work with an emphasis on organization change in 1979 at Harvard University. In 2005, Dr. Kellogg initiated The Mmofra Trom Project at Bentley and has created ten NGO partnerships in Ghana, West Africa, that offer opportunities for learning and contribution to Bentley students and faculty.
