Candice Hux is a CPA and a current PhD in accounting student. Candice obtained her undergraduate degree in accounting and her masters of accounting from Saint Louis University (SLU) in St. Louis, Missouri. While at SLU she also obtained a minor in international business, which afforded her the opportunity to study abroad in Spain, Panama and Hong Kong. After graduation, Candice worked at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in the firm’s assurance practice for four years. She primarily served clients in the manufacturing industry. Candice's research interests include auditors' decision-making processes and improvements to audit education.
