Bio

Attorney. Current research interests include bribery and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, trade law. Past president, International Section of Academy of Legal Studies in Business. Co-author of International Business Law and Its Environment. Published in law reviews and newspapers. Taught in China and France. Recipient of Innovation in Teaching Award.
