Bio

Areas of interest include Corporate Finance and Financial Institutions. Current research interests relate to CFO compensation, defined benefit pension plans, and the significance of executive gender on corporate policy. Published in various journals, including The Financial Review, Financial Management, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Financial Research, Journal of Financial Services Research, Journal of Monetary Economics, and the British Journal of Management.
